Remarks

This is just a really solid ramen place, with good consistency.

I like just the standard tonkotsu ramen, I really like their soft boiled eggs so often I'll ask for extra. Or if you're into the vegan thing, the miso ramen is also pretty decent (though I've had varying consistency).
